Owen Armstrong White

I'm a film editor with a BA in Fine Arts – Film Production from the University of Utah. Post graduation, I’ve worked my way through just about every role in film production—DP, assistant camera, grip, gaffer, DIT, audio tech, editor, colorist, and everyones favorite: PA. 

Over the past four years, I’ve built a career in the film industry by consistently showing up, staying curious, and networking my way into a variety of on- and off-set roles. I’ve edited fast paced videos for Matador Networks and backcountry.com while also editing docu-style shorts for NLC Energy. I’ve also been behind the camera on productions like ESPN’s Undefeated - Father Son Fraternity and Sundance 2024, while also working on set for major events like NBA All-Star Weekend and commercials for Anheuser-Busch and Decked.

I love crafting stories that feel immersive and intentional—whether it’s a fast-paced social edit or a slower, documentary-style piece. I’ve had the chance to work with many clients, taking on everything from assistant editing to full post-production ownership.
